SPR# MAVAC8EL8Z - Server - Java Agents - Fixed an issue where running a java agent that utilizes icu4j.jar will result in the java agent throwing an error of "Invalid version number: Version number may be negative or greater than 255" This regression was introduced in 11.0.1 FP2.
