SPR# FSIZ6HSNNA - This fix resolves a problem when Microsoft Outlook was already running and Word/Excel/etc unnecessarily prompted for a password. These processes do not need to prompt for a password because Outlook has already authenticated the user.

Problem:
This issue has been reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# FSIZ6HSNNA, and the
possibility of a fix will be evaluated for a future release.
Steps to reproduce issue:
1. Start Outlook. Ensure that you do not have the "Save password" option
enabled; otherwise, you will not be able to reproduce this problem.
2. Start Microsoft Word; either open an existing document or create a new one.
3. Select File > Send to > Mail Recipient (As Attachment).
4. When prompted for your DAMO Profile Password, select Cancel to close this
dialog box.
DAMO will crash shortly thereafter
Outlook 2003 and Outlook XP simply display the message that "Outlook will
close" after step 4, but does not actually close when you click Cancel.
