SPR# ENOR7T9SZU - Fixed a problem in the Notes Client where the a server reboot would incorrectly reset a desktop policy preference setting if the user had changed it. The desktop policy setting was "when clicking a hyperlink in the Standard client, use the browser" set to "set as the default for this operation system" and the How to Apply option set to "set initial value".
