SPR# BSPR9VNQ2C - Fix is added to resolved the issue :
1. Resolved the authorization issue on replication page for delegated users with Calendar only delegation.
To work the fix must use the INI parameter in Cleint side notes.ini file. REPL_SCN_SUPPORT_CALENDAR_DELEGATION=19.0.
