SPR# MSAHD3D9EJ - Designer - UI - Fixed an issue where, when using the property box in Designer, focus was being partially changed to the Notes client when new mail arrived. To disable this fix, set the Notes INI DESIGNER_NEWMAIL_FOCUS_FIX=0.

 A fix for this SPR has been developed but is currently undergoing testing. IBM reserves the right to remove this fix from the targeted release if it does not pass quality assurance tests.
