SPR# DSKG9RN4G7 - Revert the X-ALT-DESC code with an ini to turn it back on (for NRBY8ZRKBJ), IcalReadXAltDesk=1. X-ALT-DESC was introduced to allow rich text to be imported, but it is currently only used for Outlook via Pop3, and it causes another regression issue with attachments now being lost. This is a regression introduced in 9.0.1.
