SPR# DWWL82BEGZ - Prior to this fix, when a feature was upgraded causing the older version of the feature to be uninstalled, a check was not performed to make sure that any feature patch for the older version of the feature was also uninstalled. This fix adds the check and uninstalls the feature patch for the older version of the feature, if any, when the feature is upgraded to a newer version.
