SPR# JCHN4Q2NSG - Fixed a problem where the $NoPurge field was not being removed from 'Monitor New Mail File Fields'
documents in the admin4.nsf database. This regression was introduced in 5.0.

Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering and has been addressed in
Domino 5.0.7 and Domino 6.
It was found that AdminP requests of certain types are not removing the
$NoPurge field from the document when the person the action is for is no longer
listed in the Domino Directory.
