SPR# YHAI5VS8Q8 - This fix eliminates the need for an end user to have "Author WITH Delete document" privileges on the Domino Directory, in order to delete "Resources" from the resource database. Previous releases allowed the user to have "No Access"
to the Domino directory and still properly manage resources in the "Resource and Reservation" database.
This regression was introduced in 6.0.
