SPR# ASHABZP2TK - Designer - Script Libraries - Fixed an issue where Application Config - xsp Properties - "Use runtime optimized JavaScript and CSS resources" option was not working if using multiple script libraries and a // comment was being used in one of the script libraries. Workaround was to change the comment to /* */ format. This regression was introduced in 9.0.1 FP10.
