SPR# PSIH9Z9EDJ - Fix is added to resolved the following issues :
1. "Create Replica" issues for delegated users with Calendar only delegation access on SCN.
2. Resolved the authorization issue on replication page for delegated users with Calendar only delegation.
3. Resolved the regression of Local to Server replication casued by the SPR fix - YDEN8QGLAC
The issue 1 and 3 do not require INI parameter to set but
To resolved the issue #2 above, set the INI parameter below, in the notes.ini file.
REPL_SCN_SUPPORT_CALENDAR_DELEGATION=1
