SPR# MRATC42L5D - Client - Calendar - Fixed a regression where non-ascii characters were not displaying correctly in the description of meeting invites from an external chair. Use ICAL_FORCEADD_XALTDESC=0 as a workaround in 12.0. This regression was introduced in 12.0
