SPR# CAO4DHQVT - Fix NotesDatabase.CreateReplica method when user does not have reader access to some documents.
Technote Number: 1098522

Problem:
This issue occurs in cases were the ACL option "Enforce a consistent Access
Control List across all replicas of this database" is enabled. This issue is
addressed in Notes 4.6.2 and 4.5.6 (see below), but is broken again in Notes
4.6.5 and later 4.6x releases. For Notes Release 5.x this issue is reported
under Software Problem Report (SPR) # MDLS4EYMHD, and it was indirectly
addressed in Notes 5.0.3.

Excerpt from the Notes/Domino 4.6.2 and 4.5.6 Fix Lists:
SPR# KHKP3TTHVA - Fix a problem with not being granted appropriate access to a
local replica of a server-based database on which "Enforce consistent Access
Control List..." is selected when access is obtained via membership in a group
in the Public Address Book. This feature was temporarily disabled when the
database was created using the LotusScript method, CreateReplica, on a
NotesDatabase in R4.6.1 and R4.5.5. [4.5.6,4.6.2]

To work around this issue, do not select to enforce a consistent ACL across all
replicas prior to creating the replica.Supporting Information:
