SPR# CTOO7WKFTU - If a user only has author access to a db, the size increases each time a document with Microsoft Web Browser control is created and not saved. This fix is only active if OLEUseLocalTempDB=1 is set in Notes.ini. This fix introduces the issue described in spr EFUU8P4V6P, which is why it is off by default. With this fix off, space can be reclaimed periodically running Compact task.
