SPR# IGEE66ET65 - Fixed a server hang on startup with transaction logging enabled, and after a normal shutdown. The error message displayed was "Restart Analysis (0 MB): 100%". This problem has been fixed in 6.0.5, 6.5.4, 6.5.3 FP1 and 6.5.2 FP1.
