SPR# LABN4QATM6 - Prevent crashes when using @TextToTime() and the text value contains a negative date component. For example, the text value "1/15/-1" gets interpreted as a Date/Time Range, which could crash when using @TextToTime of this string. The error message "Incorrect data type for operator or @Function: Time/Date expected" will get returned in these cases.
