SPR# BOSH7VKKLX - The window which comes up after making an outgoing call in SUT (Sametime Unified Telephony) was adding a new Cascading Style Sheet to the platform, which will result in updating all the styled widgets. Navigator has a styled widget, which on updating the style, refreshes the table, resulting in navigator grabbing the focus. This fix is to refresh the table only if the style elements for navigator have been updated.
