SPR# NNAIAAQ8TM - Fixes a problem with a Japanese filename of an attachment being translated improperly after being extracted from winmail.dat by TNEF conversion. A notes.ini TNEFRevertFileNameCSID=1 must be enabled on the SMTP server performing the TNEF conversion for this fix to take effect. This was a regression introduced in 9.0
