SPR# YYSN85J8NS - With this fix, applications will not be required to support opening a file from a URL. Since we open local files only, we only need a path such as "/home/sample/1.txt" but not a URL. A URL is normally formatted like this "file:///c:/1.txt", "http://9.123.155.122/1.txt", it dose not only include the path but also include some resource ID.
