Notes/Domino Fix List

SPR # APAI5ZJP43 | Fixed in 6.5.5 release | Template fix: mail6.ntf, mail6ex.ntf |

Product Area: Client; Template Technical Area: Calendaring & Scheduling Platform: Cross Platform
SPR# APAI5ZJP43 - Meeting invitees can now see the online meeting password.

Technote Number: 1162069

Problem:
The ability to add a meeting password to online meetings created using a Notes
client is not currently available.
The meeting will be created on the Sametime server without a password, however,
it will not appear on the list of Active meetings or Scheduled meetings for
anyone except the Moderator or the Sametime Administrator. Therefore, nobody
will be able to join the meeting unless they know the meeting's URL, which is
contained the meeting invitation.
Additionally, when creating the online meeting, the Meeting Security section
can be used to only allow specific authenticated users to log into the
meeting. This will prevent uninvited users from joining, even if they are able
to obtain the meeting URL.
A related issue is that when release 6.5.4 and earlier 6.5.x Notes users
receive an online meeting invitation from a Notes 7.x user, any password that
was put on the meeting does not display in the 6.5.x mail template. This
related issue was fixed in release 6.5.5 and 7.0:
