SPR# GTON9H6K7X - CREATE_R9_DATABASES=1 not honoured through create replica adminp request. Adminp will check the ODS Level of the destination server's names.nsf and if it is different than the ODS Level of the current database it will avoid using Accelerated Replication (essentially an os level file copy which preserves the current ODS) and instead do a normal create replica and replication so that the destination database will be created with the same ODS Level as presently configured on the remote server.
