SPR# RPEA7ZMP32 - Fixed an issue that checkbox was not showing unless followed by text. Changes the default behavior of bulleted lists to show the bullet (letter, number, etc) even if the line where the bullet is, has no text when notes.ini variable "EditorOldBulletBehavior" is set to 1. This is a regression in 8.5.1.
