SPR# JIZO5NKRKP - The Designer Welcome Page menu option is no longer unreadable when 'Display Window menu' preference is selected.

Problem:
This issue has been reported to Lotus software Quality Engineering, and has
been resolved in Lotus Domino 6.5.1 MR. If you haven't yet upgraded, there is
no known workaround.
TO REPRODUCE:
1. In the Notes client, from the File menu, select Preferences, User
Preferences.
2. In the Additional Options panel on the Basics tab, select "Display Window
menu".
3. Close and Relaunch Notes.
4. There should now be a "Window" menu on the menu bar. This menu allows you
to browse between your open Windows in Notes. The first item on the Window list
should be the first open window (or tab) in your Notes client, "Workspace" for
example.
5. Now open the Design client, and select the Window menu option. The first
