SPR# AZHN7YT9M7 - When creating a new Agent for a Composite Application, the Web Container used would not be started automatically. This made the local port number unobtainable, in turn causing a Null Pointer Exception. The fix was to catch the Null Pointer Exception and force the Web Container to start.
