SPR# LJAS5KRVV8 - Fixed a problem where program docs could not be scheduled past midnight. For example, if you schedule the doc for 5:00pm-3:00pm, and validate the field, the time will be changed to 3:00pm-5:00pm. This problem was introduced in 6.0 and fixed in 6.0.3, 6.0.2 CF2, and 6.0.1 CF3.
