Problem:
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# YFWI6PKG9U and was fixed
in 7.0.2

Supporting Information:
Once a leave request is approved, a copy is kept in the approver's mail file.
If the approver opens that document again after the approval has been
processed, there may be a spurious line of text under the form header stating
the following:
"This request will be penciled in on your calendar until approved".
