SPR# JLLU6W29N6 - In the text editor area, if a user inputs a lot of text (more than 1 page), sometimes the text view does not scroll to the right place, so the user can not see the caret as well as what they just input. This is an Apple bug on 10.4.x. For the OS version 10.4.2 to 10.4.8, this problem has been fixed in Notes for Mac 7.0.3, for the OS version of 10.4.9, 10.4.10 and 10.5.x, it has been fixed by Apple. This regression was introduced in 7.0.2.
