SPR# DKEN9V6R82 - Logs error and returns a fatal alert If a remote TLS server selects an unsupported version. If DISABLE_SSLV3, SSL_DISABLE_TLS_12, or SSL_DISABLE_TLS_10 ini variables are enabled on the server, those values are now also enforced in the outbound direction (Domino server acting as client.)
