SPR# RMAA72TCTX - The amount of time required to open a database on the client may be slower than normal after a user has been renamed. This is due to the need for the client to update the names in private design elements so that the user's new name is appropriately represented. This work should only occur the first time a database is opened after the user has been renamed. A problem has been uncovered which causes the amount of time to open a database to continue to be longer than normal for databases which contain shared design element (eg shared folders). This problem will be corrected by this fix and was a regression introduced in 7.0.2.
