SPR# SHEZ8AVEUJ - The fix for this SPR adds a notes.ini variable "SpellCheckSignature" to control spell check on signature. If SpellCheckSignature=1 in notes.ini, Notes client will check spelling on signature for the memo, both instant spell checking and dialog spell checking. If SpellCheckSignature=0 in notes.ini, Notes client will NOT check spelling on signature, neither instant spell checking nor dialog spell checking. Default is SpellCheckSignature=0
