SPR# TKAACRNDWG - Client - Editor - Fixed an issue where a pasted in screen shot obtained with the "Shift + Windows + S" key was larger than the actual display size. This fix requires setting notes.ini EnablePerMonitorAware=1 and editing plugin_customization.ini and adding the setting com.ibm.rcp.platform.personality/EnablePerMonitorAware=true
New ini added PasteHighQualityScrnshot=1 in Notes.ini which is enabled by default to retain the screenshot size.
To handle the enlargement of screenshot, use the ini DisableImageScaling=1 in notes.ini file.
Quality issue of screenshot is handled by default under the ini PasteHighQualityImage=1 which is enabled by default.

 A fix for this SPR has been developed but is currently undergoing testing. IBM reserves the right to remove this fix from the targeted release if it does not pass quality assurance tests.
