SPR# TKAAD6M757 - Client - Images - Fixed an issue where text in images was blurred in images captured using the Shift + Windows + S key. Enabled the ini PasteHighQualityImage=1 by default to fix the degraded quality of image.
To handle the enlargement of images, use the ini DisableImageScaling=1 in notes.ini file. (Refer to SPR TKAACRNDWG). This regression was introduced in 12.0.2 FP4.

 A fix for this SPR has been developed but is currently undergoing testing. IBM reserves the right to remove this fix from the targeted release if it does not pass quality assurance tests.
