SPR# KWEL636NMK - Fixed @Date so that if a non-numeric argument is supplied, then @Error is returned. Previously, an empty time-date was returned. The Notes.ini parameter, "Check_Formula_Date_Arguments" can be used so that if a non-zero is encountered, then the parameters to @Date will be checked for @Error, and if any of them are, @Error will result. This regression was introduced in 6.0.
