SPR# SSARC6QJ3H - Server - Adminp - Fixed an issue where the "Store Server's SSL Ciphers" adminp request was being created every 5 minutes. This change can be disabled with the INI ADMINP_THROTTLE_SSLCIPHER_UPDATE=0.
