SPR# LVAE6JMP2P - If the FTGIndex fails to initialize properly, i.e. due to limited resources (memory) a crash may result because of an uninitialized local variable.

This issue has been reported to Quality Engineering as SPR #LVAE6JMP2P, and is
fixed in Domino 6.5.5 Fix Pack 1 (FP1), 7.0.1 Fix Pack 1 (FP1) and 7.0.2.
