SPR# PBIT5WYB9C - In an xSP domain, the catalog task would create a nightly request to create the LocalDomainCatalogServers and adminp would create a duplicate group. With this fix, catalog will only create the request when necessary and adminp will not create duplicate groups.

Problem:
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR #PBIT5WYB9C and fixed in
Domino 6.5.5. Refer to the Upgrade Central site for details on upgrading
Notes/Domino.

SPR# PBIT5WYB9C - In an xSP domain, the catalog task would create a nightly
request to create the LocalDomainCatalogServers and adminp would create a
duplicate group. With this fix, catalog will only create the request when
necessary and adminp will not create duplicate groups.
Typically, the root organization of an xSP is not used to host applications or
mail files as such, but only as a parent organization providing the framework
to administer the hosting server, and globally the hosted organizations if
required. Therefore, the Domain Catalog should not be required in the general
