SPR# YGAO9PGKCV - If users are not running the Notes Browser Plugin, then when running NSD a message like: "ERROR (45): couldn't get file 'c:\users\username\AppData\local\Temp\1' status - (2) no such file or directory" will appear. This may cause users to believe the NSD is not working correctly and terminate NSD manually, thus resulting in no support data. This fix surpresses that message if the Notes Browser Plugin is not running.
