SPR# CSMH7SNLJ5 - When repeating calendar entries were created (specifically, meetings), the "From" item on the instance note did not have the item flags "ITEM_NAMES" and "ITEM_READWRITERS". This caused problems when a calendar delegate (such as an executive assistant) tried to delete a private calendar meeting which the assistant had created in the executive's calendar. This regression was introduced in 8.0.2.
