SPR# BBSZ829S83 - Fixes an issues where if a redirect file exists when adminp attempts to create a redirect file (eg on move database), it currently only reports a warning that it exists. Changes have been made to update the existing redirect file with new information to reflect the current status/location of the deleted/moved database.
