SPR# SBHL8WD48H - Fixed an issue where config.nsf does not create the proper connection documents on clients who have been upgraded from a Notes 7 version to Notes 8.5.2 and the local Name and Address Book maintained a V7 template. As a result, the client was not able to connect to SCN.
