SPR# STAACEBGV7 - Server - HTTP Server - Fixed an issue where an incorrectly formatted x-forwarded-for ip address would result in Error 400 Invalid Rquest. IIS was incorrectly adding a port number to the ip address instead of using the x-forwarded-port http header to specify the port. This regression was introduced in 12.0.
