SPR# SJCN73XSTR - Fixed an issue where in Follow up and Preferences dialogs, the "Play Sound" field was empty. This was due to the fact that in a multi-user environment (server OS) this will return user specific Windows directory. The sound files reside in the shared windows and not in the user specific directory. We now use "GetSystemWindowsDirectory" to retreive the sounds in a multi-user environment.
