SPR# KPAL7RMLGR - When using the Xpage editor, in the "All Properties" view, the mouse scroll wheel did not work. In addition the arrow keys caused scrolling to occur in very tiny increments. After the fix, the scroll wheel now works and the arrow keys produce normal amounts of scrolling. The exception is if the focus is within a control that captures mouse wheel events. In that case, the mouse wheel will not scroll the outer control's property panel.
