SPR# MOBNCM2S2G - Server - DBMT - Fixed an issue with GTR Merge was going into an infinite loop during DBMT. Fix involves 3 Notes INIs - FTG_MAX_MERGE_SECONDS, FTG_MAX_MERGE_SECONDS_FOR_REPORT and FTG_MARK_CORRUPT_ON_MERGE_TIMEOUT.
