SPR# XJXJ6QCDBY - Fixed a problem where the Notes version and base info was not displaying correctly in the NSD header section. This regression was introduced in 7.0.1 FP1.

Problem:
This issue was introduced in release 7.0.1 FP1. The correct Notes Version and
Notes Base can be obtained from other data sources. For example, the correct
Notes Version can be found in the notes.log and/or console log at server
startup.
