SPR# APAI45YUGG - Fixed a problem where the Invitee receives a second meeting
update after declining/delegating without "keep me informed of meeting updates"
selected.

Supporting Information:

Steps To Reproduce Issue:
1. Have someone send you a meeting invitation.
2. When you receive the invitation open it and select the Respond action
button; select either Decline or Delegate from the drop-down menu which appears.
3. In the next dialog box that appears (either "Decline Options" or "Delegate
Options"), simply click OK. Do NOT select the "Keep me informed of meeting
updates" box.
4. Have the chairperson reschedule the meeting.
5. Have the chairperson reschedule again, or confirm, or cancel the meeting.

Results:
After the first reschedule is sent (in Step 4), all future notices sent from
the chairperson will be sent to you (the original invitee) even though you
delegated/declined the invitation and did not select the "Keep me informed of
meeting updates" box.
