SPR# TBAY88TRDF - When selecting a 60 minute time slot that contained a calendar entry that
spans a shorter duration than the slot, e.g. 5-5:30 p.m. in a 5-6 p.m. time slot, when the view was refreshed, either via F9 or deleting an email, the scroll position would be reset to the beginning of the working day or the first timed entry which ever was earlier. This fix removes the logic that caused the view to scroll, however, note that the previous available time slot will be selected on a refresh.
