SPR# DCHR6ZGREM - When creating new contacts or editing old ones, the "Title," "Suffix," and "Categories" fields default to "Mr.," "Jr.," and "Family" (the first available values) respectively, and cannot be made blank. This regression was introduced in 7.0.2 FP1. A workaround would be to edit or create contacts in the Notes Client and then synchronize the address books.
