SPR# KRAU84XKQB - Added a new notes.ini for iNotes Web Access - iNotes_WA_UseRelativeUrl - which tells iNotes to use relative URLs instead of explicit URLs for certain functional areas. This is useful when opening iNotes through a reverse proxy and/or load balancer.
