SPR# MNIABNA8MX - Server - MIME - Fixed an issue where some ASCII characters were missing when receiving e-mail from the external Internet with a subject in which only Japanese characters are encoded in mixed text of ASCII and Japanese characters. Code will now recognize invalid RFC2047 encodings like this: =?us-ascii?Q??=. This regression was introduced in 10.0.1
